Hayley Phillips

CPCAB Dip. Couns. MBACP

I am a compassionate and dedicated fully qualified Counsellor with a Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, working with both adults and children. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I agree and follow their code of ethics for good practice.

With a deeper understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals at different stages of life, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

It may be daunting for you to consider the first steps of counselling, but my aim is to help you to feel safe enough to talk openly about things you might find difficult and to provide a non-judgmental, safe and confidential place to start your journey.

I can help you to clarify your thoughts, feelings & emotions so you may be better equipped to make more conscious choices that can improve the quality of your life and well-being.

Whether it's addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma or self-esteem, my goal is to empower clients to develop effective coping strategies and build resilience. By creating a warm and nurturing therapeutic relationship,  I encourage open communication and honesty, working alongside clients to foster positive change and enhance their overall quality of life.

I continuously stay updated with the latest research and therapeutic approaches. By blending evidence-based techniques with a client-centered approach, I strive to create a therapeutic experience that is supportive and empowering.

I have successfully helped clients with many problems, including:
